Secure Packaging
Carefully wrap the knife in its original wooden box or protective sleeve to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all certificates of authenticity are included.
Shipping and Tracking
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master smiths inspect the returned blade for any signs of use or damage, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
